In this paper, we attempted to create the scale to measure strength of studentsʼ "career awareness". Utilizing successive questionnaire surveys for students of B high school in A prefecture, we could develop the 5-stages scale of studentsʼ career awareness. As a result of analyzing using this scale, students with high career awareness were found to have the following features. First, their school satisfaction is high. Second, they wanted to learn under the comprehensive curriculum from the beginning. Third, they also understood the merits and disadvantages of the comprehensive curriculum. On the contrary, their field of study at high school and career destination after graduation were not related to the height of career awareness
